Richard Perrin joined the Globacorp Developments International team in 2002 as Director of Investor Development. He brings to Globacorp a vast array of expertise and passion for business success, including construction experience and valuable knowledge regarding foreign real estate.

When Richard launched his professional career in Toronto, he chose a path in dentistry. Shortly after, he  relocated to Vancouver to further his education and become a successful manager with Shaw Dental Laboratories, at the time Western Canada's largest dental laboratory. After becoming a certified dental technician, Richard took his strong business skills and founded his own laboratory, Perrin Dental Laboratories, which quickly evolved into one of Western Canada's largest dental laboratories specializing in cast partial frameworks.

As Richard was developing his business, he became increasingly interested in real estate, development and global investment opportunities. Having overseen the development and construction of numerous residential and commercial projects, which included his own corporate facilities and various investment properties, he obtained a valuable hands-on knowledge surrounding the industry. In early 2006, Richard sold Perrin Dental Laboratories and spent his time in Panama researching the market and learning about the emerging real estate and development opportunities.

Globacorp clients have security in knowing that Richard's experiences and knowledge of capital infrastructure, human resources and the emerging foreign real estate market greatly strengthens the Globacorp team.
