Mesfun joined Globacorp Developments International in 2008 as Manager of Project Design, bringing with him an invaluable natural creative flare combined with extensive knowledge and years of experience related to functional design and community planning.

Optima Development Services in Eritrea is where Mesfun first applied his education when he was employed as Junior Town Planner and Landscape Designer. He was responsible for planning and designing six towns and served as a project manager on various large scale developments. After moving to Canada, Mesfun accepted a position as Marketing Project Manager with the KRG Insurance Group coordinating concept development, graphic design and production. The projects he was responsible for included ClubLink Incorporated, The Hospital for Sick Kids, CHUBB Insurance and Global Benefits.

Mesfun moved on to KEDO Homes Incorporated in Toronto as a project manager and design consultant where he was directly involved in design implementation and site management. He gained additional experience as design team leader at Forrec in Toronto, where he was responsible for planning and design of large scale resorts and theme communities.

The practical knowledge and abilities Mesfun possesses, especially in the planning and design process, permitting procedures and managing marketing initiatives greatly enhances all Globacorp Developments International projects.
